Apple App Store Back Online

After 11 hours of being offline yesterday, Apple’s App Store seems to be working properly again. This wasn’t just an issue for UK users though, as grievances were posted worldwide.

Service resumed to its usual standard last night around 9pm, with Apple releasing a statement to CNBC saying;

“We apologise to our customers experiencing problems with iTunes and other services this morning. The cause was an internal DNS error at Apple. We’re working to make all of the services available to customers as soon as possible, and we thank everyone for their patience.”

It feels as if every few months there’s always a major issue with Apple. For a company who pride themselves in innovation and quality, they really need to start sorting it out!
