TP Vision have announced their Android-powered range of Philips TV will be one of the first to support music-streaming company Spotify’s Connect feature.
The feature will enable owners of the smart television to stream music from their mobile device which carries the Spotify application. The system uses internet connection, so syncing isn’t an issue as it would be with Bluetooth and distance.
To use the system, you will need to have a Spotify Premium account, meaning a monthly fee. The TV range will be available for purchase from September.
